Ex Minister Dr Mahohar listens to public grievances 10/21/2016 11:30:24 PM Early Times Report BILLAWAR, Oct 21: Former Minister and General Secretary PCC, Dr Manohar lal Sharma conducted an extensive two day visit to different villages of Kandi Block and Billawar Block of Billawar constituency during which various deputations of people called on him and apprised the visiting Congress leader with their issues being faced by them. Dr Sharma keenly listened to their problems and assured that he will take up their issues to concerned quarters for early redressal of their sufferings. Congress leader Dr Sharma said there was great resentment among people over law and order situation and price hike rise and prevailing corruption in government offices. He also said that locals have alleged that state government has utterly failed to curb corruption in various government departments in general and in district Kathua.
