Another recruitment scandal surface in RMSA
Partner violates recruitment rules

Early Times Report

Jammu, Feb 18: In yet another recruitment scandal has surface in RMSA as their partner violated recruitment rules and appointed vocational Trainer in Jammu city government school without conducting written test and interview.
Reliable sources informed Early Times that Vocational Trainer appointed in Government Higher Secondary School, Sumbh of district Samba had resigned due to some personal reason in December 2017 and the post was lying vacant.
Without inviting applications for this post, the RMSA's partner (Empower Pragati Vocational and Staffing Private Limited) officials orchestrated a new game plan in which they issued transfer of several vocational teachers of Jammu district, so that the blue eyed could be adjusted.
However, as per guidelines there is no transfer in the postings of Vocational Trainers engaged under RMSA but the rules are being twisted and violated by the officials. As per recruitment rules, the first preference will be given to those candidates of district concerned were school is located but in case the RMSA's partner has failed to invite applications for this post and posted the candidate belongs to other district.
The main aim of RMSA's partner officials to adjust blue eyed in Domana School, whereas the Vocational Trainer posted at that particular school was transferred to Prade School. The trainer posted at Prade School was transferred to Akhnoor School whereas the candidate posted at Akhnoor School was transferred to Sumbh School but later it was modified and issued another order in which Akhnoor School transfer to Sunjwan School and the VT of Sunjwan was transferred to Sumbh. In this way, the whole chain of events took place and the blue eyed got adjusted to the place of choice without conducting written test or interview of the candidate.
Sources further alleged that the candidate appointed by RMSA's partner official in Domana School lack of experience because the candidate recently passed one year diploma under this trade, though for this post a candidate should have minimum one year experience in particular trade.
RMSA State Vocational Trainer Coordinator, Nazir Wani and Empower Pragati Vocational and Staffing Private Limited State Project Coordinator Parvez Hussain were not available for comments.
