Shiksha Niketan organises "Healthy Food Competition"

Jammu, Feb 19: A healthy body has a healthy mind and a healthy mind has the ability to think, react and respond logically. In order to keep this in mind, Shiksha Niketan today organised -"Healthy Food Competition" for Class 2nd in its premise.
The school organises many of such-like co-curricular many its students from time to time in order to enable them to expose their inner talents.
The latest one that took place was "The Healthy Food Competition" which was based on the Principle "Eat Healthy, Stay Healthy".
It was however an activity an activity where all the children could learn the importance of eating healthy food to stay physically and mentally fit. It was an expression of pride and pleasure that the students participated in this contest energetically having lots of fun.
The participated students had to bring healthy food which they were known aware of. It was tough for the Judges to decide the top-rankers out of the participants.
The 1st, 2nd & 3rd positions were bagged by Prathmesh Parihar, Ishav Tenaaz & Muskan and Mahi.
This activity was an epitome of joy and learning for all.
It was also where children were made aware of how healthy food is pivotal to a daily routine.
