Mendhar, Mar 3: Forest Department Poonch removed encroachment on its nearly 20 kanals of land in Mendhar area today. A senior Forest official said that a Forest team from Mendhar Range, led by Range Officer Azmat Hussain Shah and assisted by his staff and FPF men launched major operation against land grabbers and removed encroachment on its land in Forest Compartment No.187 of Mendhar Range today.
About one kutcha structure/ sheds raised by local persons were also smashed. The structure belonged to Mohd kala , Mohd Shoket , hailing from kasbalari locality of Mendhar. They have booked by the department. |
