Jammu, Mar 3: After denial from concerned Tehsildars to renew OSC certificate, Divisional Commissioner Jammu directed all the DCs to act according to the Govt. instructions in which "Revenue Record" for obtaining O.S.C. certificate is to be exempted.
In a meet of the union, it was apprised to all the OSCs that vide Govt. circular No. 03-SWD of 2017 dated 26.09.2017, Tehsildars were reluctant to adhere this circular. The members of AIBCU approached the Div.Comm. with this complaint and requested him to direct all the DCs to go by the circular who in turn issued orders to all the DCs vide his order No. 402/1345-OBC/10766-73 dated 23.02.2018 to act in accordance with the Govt. circular. Besides, Div. Comm. has also directed all the DCs to act according to the Govt. instructions in which "Revenue Record" for obtaining O.S.C. certificate is to be exempted. This has been done by the Div.Comm. Jammu vide his order No. 402/1345-OBC/10873-83 dated 27.02.2018. AIBCU appealed all the OBCs {called OSCs} to remain vigilant for the right implementation of Govt. orders with thanks to the concerned authorities. All the executive members including Haji Ahmed Din Lohar, Mohd Ashraf Najar, Principal Darshan Lal, M.R. Bangotra (Rtd. CEO), Prof. Kali Dass also shared their views. |
