| Jammu Sanskriti School organizes "Nukkad Natak" | | |  Early Times Report
Jammu, Mar 3: Jammu Sanskriti School organized a"Nukkad Natak" held at school premise which was filled with energy and enthusiasm with the street play.
As it is said that street plays have been an integral part of Indian tradition, the motive behind street play is to propagate social and political messages in a sarcastic way and create awareness among masses.
With this intend a street play on "We need a change in education system" was organised in which Sanskritians performed exceptionally well and expressed their views regarding the change that is required in our system of education. They clarified their views in a very blunt manner that our system of education is not obsolete but a little modification is must as now the trends have been changed and so are the expectations and requirements.
They also discussed about the parental pressure that is prevalent on students from time immemorial because of which many artists have been turned into mere doctors and engineers who are unhappy & are unable to perform their duties well. Preparing a street play on such a delicate topic was a mammoth task.
The "Natak" was filled with meaningful scenes and bewitched the audience.
Sanskritians met with success when they left everyone in awe and made them think 'Do we really require a change in our system of education?' |
