Jammu, Mar 8: Shri Ram Sena has taken serious note of Chief Minister Mehbooba Mufti directions to police and district administrations not to provide "police protection" for anti-encroachment drives that are being carried out by government departments against tribal population without prior approval of the tribal affairs department. State President Shri Ram Sena, Rajiv Mahajan today while addressing a press conference in Jammu criticized the Govt move and termed the decision to deliberately rehabilitate a particular community in the surrounding of Jammu city to root out the BJP from Jammu.
Speaking on the occasion, Mahajan said that yesterday's press conference by Advocate Ankur Sharma is a eye opener for BJP exposing BJP's double standard and surrender for power as the meeting where such a anti Jammu decision taken was attended by BJP Minister Ajay Nanda.
He demanded the BJP high command and appealed Prime Minister Narendra Modi Ji to seek resignation of Ajay Nanda for putting his signature on decision which he termed a conspiracy against Jammu Dogras.
The move could bring to a halt the anti-encroachment drives being carried out in Jammu city on the direction of the Jammu and Kashmir High Court, he added. He appealed the Jammu Dogras to come under one platform against this decision fearing that if it continues there will be no space left for Dogras the way the surroundings of Jammu city being covered by a particular community in which BJP is a party also. |
