Jammu, Mar 10: In continuation of the ongoing NSS Camp, a blood donation programme was organized by the NSS wing of K.C. College of Education under the guidance of Priya Gupta, NSS Programme officer. In the programme about 30 volunteers along with teachers registered for donating blood to Blood Bank, Govt. Medical College, Bakshi Nagar, Jammu. Before leaving for the venue, they were addressed by Dr. Sanjay Tickoo, Principal of the college who motivated them to participate whole-heartedly in the programme as no other donation on this earth is as noble as blood donation and as NSS volunteers they can do no other better social service. |
