| Handloom Deptt leaves its Head weaver in lurch | | | MS Nazki

Poonch, Mar 10: The Handloom Department has failed to confirm its head weaver, working in a training centre at Fazlabad Surankote for the past 7 years. Head weaver Abdul Razak, has been running from pillar to post to get his service regularized. "I am an ITI diploma holder with Matric as basic qualification. Lesser qualified people were confirmed with in a stipulated time frame but I was left out," he said.
Razak said that he has shot a number of letters to concerned authorities in this regard but his pleas have fallen flat on deaf ears. Razak urged the higher authorities and concerned Minister to look into his case and confirm services to end his dilemma. |
