Jammu, Mar 13: Deptt of Swasthavritta & Yoga of Jammu Institute of Ayurveda and Research conducted a visit for the students of 3rd Prof (80 students)as a part of their curriculum.
Eighty students of 3rd Prof visited at Fresh Farms Milk Plant at Bari Brahmana.
During the visit the students practically observed the pasteurization process, milk hygiene & different tests regarding the adulteration of milk. They also observed latest equipments & packing processes.
Dr Abhishek Magotra (Assistant Professor) organized the visit & gave a lecture on milk hygiene on the spot. Dr Raskeen also accompanied (Medical Officer). |
