Early Times Report Jammu, Mar 13: In yet another instance of favouritism, the University of Jammu recently engaged its retire officials as invigilators for State Eligibility Test (SET) exam held on March 11. It raises questions over the transparency in the examination, sources said and added that Somesh Bhargav, retired as Assistant Registrar on January 31, was reemployed by the coordinator. "Two other officials, were retired as Assistant Registrar, R S Bhat and Satya Bhushan three years back, were employed for exam duty", they said and added that another official R S Dalpatya, who was also retired as Assistant Registrar, too engaged for the job.
