JAMMU, Mar 13: A team for Food Safety comprising of Food Safety Officers under the overall supervision of Commissioner Food Safety Municipal Limits, Jammu here today organized an awareness camp at KC 360 Restaurant BC Road. The awareness camp was held under the supervision of Commissioner Food Safety Municipal Limits, Jammu, Dr Parvesh Kumar. It was organized with the objection to impart hygienic training of food standards for a restaurant. Awareness with regard to keep premises hygienic, not to use newspapers, HSG, Colour, additives, ajinomoto and maintaining personal hygiene was given. The restaurant staff was asked to maintain hygiene at all levels right from purchasing and serving to customers. They were taught the ways of storing, cooking and serving food to customers including water purifiers, pest control and usage of dustbin etc. |
