| MNP resents movie on KP Migrants | | |

Jammu, Mar 15: Manvadhikar National Party (MNP) today held a executive Committee meeting under the chairmanship of State President Sanjay Dhar.
While a detailed discussion was held on the govt. move to sponsor a movie on KP taking relief department on the forefront, the party anguished over it, believing that the proposed movie is a step to crush the sentiments of the Kashmiri Pandit community on the whole.
It is mere a joke to pay Rs. 850 per person (Actor?) per day and get the community members actions and dialogue narration in the play as what the govt wants. It is to be proposed that the material of movie should not hurt the sentiments of other community as well.
The government on one side going to rehabilitate the Kashmiri Pandit community and on other side is going to sponsor a movie on the exiled Kashmiri Pandit, which is not a good indication of state govt.
The party members noted with dismay that an official circular was issued by the relief department, which was share insult on the Kashmiri pandit community. The centrel govt. especially the MHA should take immediate steps to curb such orders in future which will be intolerable and hurting the s entiments of our people. |
