Jammu, Mar 15: Vishwa Kashmiri Pandit Samaj (VKPS), representatives of various political/social/cultural organisations and prominent citizens deliberated on various important issues being faced by displaced people from the valley of Kashmir.
The issues, discussed at an inter-active session which was chaired by VKPS convenor Kiran Watal, pertained, Return and Rehabilitation of displaced citizens of valley, Employment of youth and reservation in central Govt. Departments, Medicare facilities and insurance in respect respect of displaced people, Implementation of all flagship progrmmes of Government of India for displaced people, Protection and renovation of Temples/Shrines in the valley and ensuring smooth yatras to different religious places in Kashmir, and Provision of incentives for self Employment and one-time settlement for overaged unemployed youth. |
