Jammu, Mar 16: Enforcement Directorate (ED) today raided a residential house and business establishment of a man in Nanak Nagar and other areas in connection with money laundering. According to the sources, the ED officials raided the house and business establishment of Charanjeet Singh who is resident of Nanak Nagar and took him with them to the office of Enforcement Directorate at Narwal. "Questioning of the Charajeet was on till late evening", said sources adding that whether he was released or not was not confirmed when last reports came in. "The team of ED searched the house of Charanjeet Singh along with business establishment", said sources adding that some important documents have been seized for scrutiny. ED officials also seized documents with regard to accounts and banking details, further added sources. |
