Five days training workshop concluded

Jammu, Mar 23: A five days training programme on the educational planning and financial management for HODs/+2 Principals of DIETs of Jammu division concluded today.
It was organised by PME Wing of SIE Jammu w.e.from 19th of March 2018 in which 37 number of HODs/ +2 Principals from various DIETs of Jammu Division participated. The training programme was conducted under supervision of by Mohd Iqbal Joint Director (Trgs)/Principal SIE Jammu.
Various key issues like Educational Management and its essence, Stress Management, Delegation of Authority , Role & Responsibility of the Head of Institutions , Leave Rules, Pay Fixation, Civil Service Rules, Budgeting.
,Treasury Transactions, OB items , Pension Cases, Codal procedures for incurring expenditure out of the Local funds, Settlement of the Audit paras contained in the AIRs , Income tax rules were taken up in depth by the internal resource persons viz. Dheeraj Jandial (CAO DSE Jammu), Nand Kishore (+2 Principal SIEJ) and external resource persons from NZATI Department viz. Monica Parihar AO, Reena CAO NZATI, Ashu Behl ,CAO NZATI; Shabina Kousar AO NZATI ; Virti AO NZATI ; Aditi Sharma AO NZATI and also Jatinder Pandita (Dy Director Audits& Inspections) Sh S.K. Raina Jt. Director (Retired); Sh Suresh Gouria (Academic Officer JKBOSE); Romesh Sharma (Lect DSEJ) ; Sh. Jagdish Raj Sharma (Principal HSS Mandal).
The valedictory function was presided over by Mohd Iqbal Joint Director (Trgs)/Principal SIE Jammu who emphasized on the thrust for adapting the managerial skills , Knowledge of Financial rules & developing leadership qualities.
