| DAV organizes interschool competitions | | | Early Times Report
JAMMU, May 5: Maharaja Harisingh DAV Cent Public school Akhnoor organised various inter house competitions. Earlier Principal Alok Betab inaugurated the event by wishing good luck to students and highlighted the importance of Art & Craft in carrying out years old civilization to future generation. In mass participating from I to VI Arushi Sharma & Renuka Verma from class I got the first prize; Manveer Singh & Jai Dev Singh from II got first prize; Drite , Paramveer Singh & Divansh Bhau from class III, Niharika, Tanvi Pawar & Shiksha Kumari from class IV; Khushi Sharma, Sahil Singh & Kuldeep Raj from class V whereas , Gagandeep Kour, Laxmi & Shivangi Sharma from class VI got first prize. In the floral glass painting competition Hardik Malhotra from Pratap house got first prize Trisha Khajuria from Ranbir house got second prize. In village scene glass painting Srishti Sharma from Ranbir house got first while Mahi Verma from Amar house got second prize. The event was greatly appreciated by the Principal Alok Betab. |
