Jammu, May 5: The internal friction in the Pradesh Congress Committee came out in the open on Saturday during a party meeting. The meeting held at PCC headquarters Jammu under the leadership of Ambika Soni, general secretary All India Congress Committee (AICC) and incharge J&K affairs of the party, witnessed slogans against the PCC chief Ghulam Ahmad Mir. "Mir hatao, Congress bachao," shouted the PCC workers who are demanding Mir's removal. Mir was also present during the meeting along with many senior leaders of the state Congress, sources told Early Times. |
