| Cadets take part in different activities in ongoing ATC Camp | | |  Early Times Report
Jammu, May 5: On the 5th day of ongoing ATC-J1 Camp at camping ground Nagrota, cadets were engaged in groups with different activities.
A group was engaged in Swachh Bharat activity conducted at Nagrota with cleanliness drive of specific areas and after a rally was organised to aware the people of the area to keep their household and surroundings clean so that they may not become victim of diseases/epidemics caused due to the widespread dirt in the area.
Cadets were carrying ply cards and raising slogans to make Swachh Bharat Mission a grand success.
The other groups of the cadets were engaged in drill, firing, physical training, obstacle course training.
Beside all this, a lecture was organized to equip the cadet about 'Disaster Management' conducted by team of Civil defence Jammu.
The team gave technical innovations to the cadets for the dealing during Disaster.
Team of civil defence also gave them the knowledge about the services NCC cadets can render at the time of any disaster.
A painting and essay writing competition was also organized at the camp site which has become daily feature of camp routine. |
