| LWWS stages street play "Sadak Ki Ghatnayian" | | |  Early Times Report
Jammu, May 12: Lalded Women Welfare Society (LWWS) staged play "Sadak Ki Ghatnayian" at Jammu today in which unauthorized occupation of road space by road violators was highlighted through powerful play.
The story is written by Suraj Narayan directed by Naveen Pal. Nukkad Play-The play opens with a male character Nattu who runs a Shop in a busy chowk and in the lust of earning more money he extended his roof of shop for beyond 6 feet so as to keep extra visibility and to garner maximum customers at the shop, when the authority requested him to close down his extra extension so that same may not create any problem to the road walkers but instead of following the instructions he reacted opposite and started quarreling with them.
In the same moment a customer appeared there namely Sonu in the shop and after finding trouble with some officials he requested Nattu that he should follow the instructions and fold his extended polythene made roof because it is against the law to keep unauthorized iron rods which are fatal for others. |
