Jammu, May 12: The Inter School district level tournament for Girls in the sports discipline of Basketball, & Handball under the age group of 14 and 17 yrs for the year 2018-19 of District Jammu concluded.
In all 408 Girls were drawn across from 14 Zones of Jammu District took part in the competitions.
The competitions were organised by Department of Youth Services & Sports under the patronage of Shiekh Fayaz Ahmad , KAS, Director General, Youth Services & Sports and under the overall supervision of Madan Lal, Joint Director Youth Services & Sports Jammu. While Chanchal Kour, DYSSO Jammu was the organising Secretary of the said tournament.
The main objective of the competitions was to select the teams of Jammu District for the next level of competitions i.e Inter District, Division Level Competitions.
