JTC seeks release of ex-gratia | | | Early Times Report
Jammu, June 15: Jagti Tenement Committee (JTC) and Soan Kashmir Front has sought release of ex-gratia for the gutted houses in Kashmir valley. According to press release, a meeting of JTC and SKF was held under the chairmanship of Shadi Lal Pandita, who said that the government had sanctioned ex-gratia for the gutted houses in Kashmir valley part ex-gratia was released in favour of the concerned beneficiaries but now despite lapse of more than 28 years the remaining ex-gratia has not been released in favour of the beneficiaries which has put the sufferers to further sufferings. He had demanded that the government should ensure release of the balance ex-gratia amount to the beneficiaries at an earliest. Pandita has further demanded that since property loss of Rs. 4.00 lakh is being suffered by each and every migrant family as such has demanded compensation of the property losses to the Migrants for the past 28 years. |
