| Member of Sarv Shakti Sewak Sanstha arrested in alleged above Rs. 45 lakh scam | | | Early Times Report
Jammu, June 29: Udhampur police arrested Dinesh Arora- senior active member in an FIR registered in the police station for alleged financial scam of cement bags purchased from the ACC Limited (Cement Company) during the period in last year out of the funds of the Sarv Shakti Sewak Sanstha (Machail Yatra Management), Udhanpur.
Police said that major number of said cement bags are missing/not reached at Gulabgarh Padder in Kishtwar area since its despatch from the Udhampur Store of the ACC Limited Company pointing strongly towards the involvement of other Senior members of the Sanstha who are already named in a criminal complaint pending in the Court of City Judge Jammu with respect to the misappropriation of the funds of the Sanstha.
Police said that following a complaint a case under FIR no. 275/18 under section 420 and 406 of RPC and 120B has been registered at Udhampur police station and further investigation is going on in this connection. |
