Jammu, July 16: In a major feat for local athletes in Wushu championship in 5th Student Olympics National Games held at Lovely Professional University, Jalandhar, the Jammu players clinched 13 gold, 3 silver and one bronze medal.
As per the release, Ravinder Singh, Abhijeet Slathia, Shubham Sharma, Sarthik Sharma, Smarth Bhatia, Adhitiy Bhagat, Khushboo Jamwal, Jahanvi Katal, Manavi Katal, Vedant Singh Jamwal, Idhant Gupta, Ashank Bharti and Nakshatra Bharti won gold medals, while Jai Gupta, Suriyansh Singh and Karan Bhagat won silver medals and Amandeep won bronze medal.
The players were congratulated by their coaches and parents. |
