BMO Mendhar seals Tea stall instead of clinic 8/19/2018 10:48:31 PM Early Times Report MENDHAR, Aug 19: The Block Medical Officer (BMO) Mendhar Dr Parvaiz Ahmed Khan in a state of confusion, sealed a tea stall instead of an illegal dental clinic. The tea stall owner found his staff sealed and he protested against the BMO.
