NCP welcomes centre, state govt to have 3-tier Panchayati Raj system 8/19/2018 11:34:30 PM Jammu, Aug 19: Nationalist Congress Party (NCP) has welcomed the decision of Central as well as state government to have 3-tier Panchayati Raj system in J&K after the conduct of Panchayat elections.
