Narinder Singh takes dig at BJP for criticizing Navjot Sidhu's visit to Pakistan | | | Early Times Report JAMMU, Aug 19: Former Director Information Jammu & Kashmir Narinder Singh in a statement from America has criticized and condemned the role of BJP leaders about the Pakistan visit of Navjot Singh Sidhu the Minister in Punjab Government and former cricketer by raising the fingers that why he met the POK President and Army General during the oath taking Ceremony of Imran Khan when the terrorism is being sponsored by Pakistan in Kashmir. "The question arises whether Kashmir was not burning when our worthy Prime Minister Narender Modi invited Nawz Sharief at the time of his oath taking ceremony in India? Not only this, the Prime Minister diverted his route during his abroad tour and visited the house of Nawaz Sharif. What was that whether the situation in Kashmir was peaceful at that time, not at all, our state was facing terrorism and innocents used to be killed in the same manner due to the terrorism sponsored by Pakistan as today," said Singh. Singh said that burning of posters of Sidhu is merely a political gimmick adding that instead of indulging in blame game the Union Government should deal sternly with Pakistan to crush terrorism in order to maintain peace in the state and country as a whole. He said that all the political parties have to play important role and assist the Central Government to deal with enemy country so that peace is ensured in J&K at the earliest. |
