Mendhar, Aug 29: Under the nose of district administration, mining mafia is illegally digging the Surankote river.
Locals have alleged that department concerned is not looking sincerely to protect the fish seeds from the mafias while digging has been going on. They appealed Governor to look into the matter and protect Surankote river from further damages.
