JAMMU, Sept 2: Pradesh Youth Congress, Congress Seva Dal, NSUI and Mahila Congress workers organized a meeting at Gandhi Nagar here in which they accorded warm welcome to Balvinder Singh Sambyal on his elevation as Incharge Punjab State.
On the occasion, Sambyal said that high command has given him the responsibility at national level and appointed him as Prabhari Punjab State. He expressed gratitude for the decision taken by All India Congress President Rahul Gandhi, UPA Chairperson Sonia Gandhi, senior party leader Ghulam Nabi Azad, GA Mir, PCC president AK and Ali India Congress Seva Dal Chief Lal Ji Desai.
