| Teachers strike enters 4th day | | |  Early Times Report
Jammu, Sep 2: The ongoing indefinite chain hunger strike of teachers' Joint Action Committee at Press Club Jammu, today on 2nd of September 2018 entered 4th consecutive Day with teachers threatened to intensify stir.
The teachers who are on the 24 hour fast on the 4th Day of chain hunger strike include Lekh Raj Parihar District President Udhampur JKRTTF, Sham Sharma State Chief Press Secretary JKRTTF, Sukesh Khajuria State Secretary JKRTTF , Ashok Seth Provincial Vice president JKRTTF , Romesh Goswami, Swaran Singh, Maan Chand, Amit Gupta, Rajinder Singh and Sanjay Sharma. The hunger strike on 4th day was organized under the dynamic leadership of State President JKRTTF Vinod Sharma and State General Secretary Teachers' Forum Ganesh Khajuria who are also the senior leaders of Teachers Joint Action Committee . Hundreds of Teachers also held a strong protest demonstration on the 4th Day against the biased approach of the government towards SSA teachers and masters who have been deprived of 7th Pay Commission till date thereby increasing anger among the teachers.
While addressing the gathering Vinod Sharma flayed the government over its non seriousness and silence towards SSA teachers and masters whose families are living in mental trauma. |
