| Investiture ceremony conducted | | |  Early Times Report
SAMBA, Sept 20: In order to foster the leadership qualities in students and to give them an exposure of functioning of the administrative body, a school cabinet was formed at APS BD Bari and the investiture ceremony was held today in the assembly ground of the school.
Brigadier Sailesh Sati, Chairman APS B.D. Bari was the chief guest of the function. Sandarbh Surbhi and Rumani Rajput of 12th Science were selected as the Head Boy and Head Girl. Deepak Paru and Simranjeet Kaur were selected as the Vice Head Boy and Vice Head Girl of the school.
Chairman distributed the batches to the various stake holders of the cabinet and presented the sashes. In his address chairman APS B. D. Bari appreciated the efforts by the school for providing opportunities to the students to take part in activities like these.
He also congratulated the newly appointed cabinet members for their preparedness to take responsibilities. He told the students council to use these opportunities and balance them with academics to excel in both. He wished well to all the members of the cabinet .The Principal thanked the chief guest and wished the members of the cabinet well. She advised them to work exemplary to be emulated by others. The programme concluded with the singing of National Anthem. |
