| JK State Rural Livelihood Mission conducts Swachhta Hi Seva Programme | | |  Early Times Report
Poonch, Sept 20: Jammu and Kashmir Rural Livelihood Mission conducted an awareness Camp (Swattcha Hi Seva) in Block Pouni & Mahore of district Reasi. The objective of the programmes was to raise awareness and sensitize the masses especially health workers about importance of keeping the environment clean and Open defecation free. The programme was presided by District Programme officer Reasi Pravinder Kour.
Among others who participated in the programme include Block Development Officer Mahore and other staff members, while speaking on the occasion Block Programme Manager JKSRLM (UMEED) AJaz Ahmad Wani stressed upon the need to conduct cleanliness and sanitation drives regularly to imitate behavioural change among the people especially the SHG members of Umeed family. He appreciated the role of DPO Reasi as well as BDO Pouni and Mahore in promoting the Swachh Barat Movement. |
