| Pre-Primary wing of DPS Nagbani celebrates yellow day | | |  Early Times Report
Jammu, Oct 4: Every color has its own importance and colors can influence our emotions, our actions and how we respond to various things. So to recapitulate and reinforce the importance of colours, the students of Pre-primary wing celebrated Yellow Day in the school premises.
The students as well as teachers came to school wearing yellow colored attire. The class rooms were decorated in yellow. The class soft boards were decorated with yellow colored objects like baby ducks, mangoes, sunflowers and similes.
Students thoroughly enjoyed by involving themselves in different activities.
"Show and Tell" and Story Telling activities were also conducted to make the students confident and shed their stage fear. Different art and craft activities were also conducted. Students also had yellow colored snacks in their Tiffin's.
Speaking on the occasion, the school coordinator Aarti Gupta told the students about the significance of the yellow colour. |She said that yellow color is associated with optimism, enlightenment and happiness. She encouraged the students and staff for enhancing their morals and praising their active participation. |
