Jammu, Oct 7: Dr Hari Om, an IAS, has decided to launch his ghazal.
According to press release, Hari Om has come up with entirely new version of Sikandar as 'Phir Sikandar'. He himself has composed this ghazal in Raag Jogkauns. Earlier the ghazal was made in Raag Bhopali.
