JAMMU, Oct 10: To popularize skating among the young skaters of Delhi Public School, Jammu, an Inter-House Skating Competition was organized for classes Prep to II on 10th Oct. 2018 in the school premises. Students from all the five houses of the school namely: Chenab, Ganga, Jhelum, Tawi and Yamuna participated in the said competition with great zeal and enthusiasm. The students who won medals were Class Prep (300 mts. rink race) Haya Khan-Gold medal, Momin Reyaz-Gold medal, Pratiksha Sumbria-Silver medal, Mohd. Arman Malik-Silver medal, Mamliket Malik-Bronze medal, Bhavya Gupta-Bronze medal. Class I (400 mts. rink race) Aarna Kohli-Gold medal, Aasim Abbas Khan-Gold medal, Saimoon Anjum Mir-Silver medal, Tanmay Gupta-Silver medal, Himani Sumbria-Bronze medal, Karmanya Singh-Bronze medal. Class II (500 mts. rink race) Mohammad Fahim Khan-Gold medal, Zara Fatima-Gold medal, Hridhan Gupta-Silver medal, Sabrina Chowdhary-Silver medal, Lakshya Bhat-Bronze medal, Pahal Gupta-Bronze medal. Principal, DPS Jammu, Ruchi Chabra congratulated all the winners, coaches and their parents. Headmistress, Meenu Gupta also appreciated the efforts of the students. |
