KATHUA, Oct 18: Kathua Police today recovered 20 litres of illicit liquor from a person, who was arrested, in Chack Drab Khan area of the district.
Acting on a tip off, police team conducted raids in village Chack Drab Khan from where it seized 20 litres of illicit liquor in illegal possession of Balbinder @ Balbir, son of Ramesh Kumar of Chack Drab Khan.
Police have registered a case FIR no 387/2018 U/s 48 (a) Excise Act against the accused. Further investigation was going on. |
