Auto Operators appeal to stop unnecessary objection | | | Early Times Report JAMMU, Oct 18: All Jammu Auto Operators appealed to higher authorities as well as chief inspector of Board of Inspection to stop these raising unnecessary objections otherwise it will take ugly turn and the Auto Operators will go on strike if there will be any problems, Board of Inspection will be the responsible for the same. A meeting of all Jammu Auto Operators was held and the same was presided over by its General Secretary Ajay Bhat. They said the cause of meeting was the harassment by Board of Inspection at passing ground Narwal which the Board of inspection is working under RTO Jammu. On passing ground the renewal of fitness of vehicle they are harassing to find the objection every time always and are raising the various objections of Auto Rickshaw while objecting so that they will fine Rs. 400 every time. The Auto Rickshaw’s such objections were never raised by concern Board of Inspection. The cause of raising objections is to take bribe from Auto Operators and Board of Inspection wants to pass these Auto Rickshaw’s through agents so that they can easily take the bribe. They said it was appealed to higher authorities to stop these objections of Auto Rickshaw at passing ground where there is no circular by Government of said objections nor any other Board of Inspection raise the objections earlier and the Auto Rikshaw passing was running very smoothly and we have to pay Rs. 400 at every objection which is objectionable by the Auto Operators. |
