Jammu, Nov 3: The Crime Branch, Jammu arrested fraudster for issuing no objection certificate (NoC) on behalf of Jammu development authority (JDA).
According to sources arrested person has been identified as Ghulam Qadir son of Abdul Sattar, resident Diwar Tehsil Tral, District. Pulwama, presently putting up at Nikki Mohalla, Doctor Lane, Eidgah Road Sidhra, Jammu in case FIR No. 22/2014 U/s 420, 467, 468, 471/RPC P/S Crime Branch, Jammu. The accused is involved in issuing fake NOC relating to JDA land located at Sidhra Majeen. The arrest was made by a team of Crime Branch, Jammu led by Inspector Jalil Ahmed Kitchloo under the supervision of SSP Crime Branch, Jammu, who was evading his arrest since long. The accused is presently on Police remand. |
