Mendhar, Nov 12: Bar Association Surankote has demanded FIR against the revenue officials who are allegedly trying to forge the records.
President of Association, Adv Yasir Khan said, "Few days back the revenue record shows that the dispute land is a state land. In-fact session judge Poonch has already visit the spot and observed that no person can claim this land, Khan said, alleging, it is the conspiracy of revenue deptt to give some part of this land to Imam Bara Surankote and busy to make sensitive issue.
He appealed the govt to intervene, enquire and registered an FIR against those who are involved in the entire episode. Bar Secretary Majad Khan, Adv Murtaza khan, Adv.Ajaz khan, Adv Toseef Akram, Adv. Iflad manhas,Adv Rizwan manhas were present on the occasion. |
