JKAEA calls on DG Accounts, raise pending demands | | | Early Times Report JAMMU, Nov 12: The J&K Accounts Employees Association (JKAEA) Jammu province led by its president Kamal Singh Pathania called on Director General, Accounts and Treasuries here today. During the meeting, the JKAEA put forth a fresh chatter of demands which were already lying pending with the authorities. The Director General Accounts and Treasuries paid attention and patient hearing to the demands reflected in the memorandum. The major demands raised during the meeting include fixation of seniority at the level of Junior Scale Accounts Officer 1:1 against each category, creation of posts in various department, extension of recommendations of Sixth Pay Commission in respect of J&K Accounts Subordinate Service-Class-I Assistant Accounts Officer that benefit of Grade Pay Rs 4800.00 (Now upgraded to 5400.00 as per the GOI Order) be given to the members of J&K Subordinate Accounts Service Class-I Assistant Accounts Officer as non-implementation of the given Pay Band has given birth to the anomaly in pay, grant of selection scale to the Accounts Officer as per SRO i.e 50% of the existing strength, declaration of Accounts service as Technica, restoration of essence of transfer policy and its implementation from top to bottom and induction of Subordinate Accounts Service personnel in other service i.e in GAD and other department as well. |
