Jammu, Nov 17: To promote the traditional folk cultural of J&K, Bhartiya Lok Sangeet Kala Sansthan (BLSKS) in close coordination with , J&K Bhoomi Human welfare Society , Sangam Tru Art Production & National College of Computer Education presented 236th its regular Saturday Series Musical Play "Beti Do Ghar Ka Chirag" in collaboration with J&K Bhoomi Human Welfare Society & Sangam Tru Art Production as parts of its regular feature at Durga Bhawan Janipur Jammu. The theme of the musical play was "Beti Bachao -Beti Padao". The programe was inaugurated by the Chief Guest V.K.Magotra, Former Regional Director, Directorate of Field Publicity ,Government of India , Dr.A nju Dogra, Health Department, J&K Government , Vinod Dogra, Chief Service Engineer Excide were the Guest of Honor. Speaking on the occasion, Chief Guest lauding the role of Bhartiya Lok Sangeet Kala Sansthan- (NGO) and underlined the importance of staging such plays in all parts of the state to generate awareness among the masses about various social evils through theatre/drama which are still very powerful medium of communication. |
