JAMMU, Dec 8: Dogri and Hindi Littérateur, cultural activist, Linguist, Journalist and Social worker Yash Paul Nirmal will be conferred, Honoured and Awarded with the Vidhya Vachaspati Upadhi by the Bhasha Hindi Vidhyapeeth, Bhagalpur (Bihar) for his remarkable contributions in the field of Dogri and Hindi Language and literature. The Award function cum convocation will be held at Ujjain on 13th and 14th of December 2018. In which Yashpaul Nirmal will be honoured and conferred with the Vidya Vachaspati (Honourary Ph. D Degree) for his contribution. Needless to mention that Yashpaul Nirmal was Born in a village Ghari Bishna of Tehshil Akhnoor, District Jammu of J&K State, he got his early education in the Government Primary School, Ghari Bishna, latter he did his M. A. and M. Phil in Dogri from Jammu University. He qualified SLET and NET in Dogri. He also did Diplomas in Punjabi, Urdu, Journalism and Computer. He started his carrier as a private school teacher in 1996. He worked as an correspondent with Dainik Jagran , Amar Ujala and Vidarv Chandika from 2001 to 2004. Latter he joined Northern Regional Language Centre, Patiala as an contractual faculty to teach Dogri and linguistics to the Trainees of One year Diploma course in Dogri. He taught there for three years. In the December 2009 Yashpaul Nirmal joined Jammu Kashmir Academy of Art, culture and languages as an Research Assistant in Dogri. In 2017 he was promoted as Assistant Editor in Dogri Language. Yashpaul started his writing in 1994. He had translated Shrimadbhagwad Puran in Dogri in the year 1996. His major and popular books in Dogri language are Anmol Jindagi, Bus Toon Gai Toon Aein, Lok Dhara, Dogri Vyakaran, Dogri Phonetic Reader, Ao Dogri Sikhchey, Mian Deedo, Dogri Vyakaran Te Samvad Koushal, Dogri Bhasha Te Vyakaran, Bharti Itehas Da Adhyayan Ik Parichay, Sudeesh Pachori Ne Akhya Ha, Wahge Ahli Lakeer, Shodh Te Parchol, Devi Pooja Vidhi Vidhan, Chhuttian etc. Yashpaul Nirmal has been working as an Honourary editor for various literary magazines in Hindi and Dogri such as Soch Sadhna , Rashtriya Sahityakar Parichay Patrika, Pehli Gain, Khoj Partal, Dogri Anusandhan, Sarv Bhasha etc. He had been awarded and Honoured by the various Governmental and Non Government organizations such as National Translation Award of Sahitya Akademi, New Delhi, Patrakarita Bharti Award, Jammu Kashmir Ratan Award , Duggar Pradesh Yuva Sangathan Award, Leela Devi Memorial Award, Maharaja Ranbir Singh Award, Rashtriya Anuvad Sahitya Gourav Award , Bal Sahitya Pandulipi Award, Sahitya Sevi Samman, Sarv Bhasha Award, Dogri Bhasha Academy Award, Tathagat International Srijan Samman 2018, Dr. Raghuvansh smriti samman and Munshi Premchand Sahitya Samman 2018 etc. |
