For harassing a senior BJP leader, state leadership unhappy with Ram Madhav | | | Early Times Report JAMMU, Dec 14: The BJP State cadre is not satisfied with the role of national general secretary and in charge J&K State Ram Madhav who has taken many unwise decisions during last three years after taking charge of the state unit. According to party sources, all these decisions have proved counterproductive for the party. The inclusion of some non-entities in BJP by Madhav and his henchmen in 2014 and later giving them mandate in Assembly elections has been viewed as a big blunder by the old time BJP leaders associated with party for 60 years now. Sources said one senior BJP leader and two time MLA and former president of the State Unit when objected to grant of mandate to outsiders and novice to the party was asked by BJP general Secretary to bother about his own mandate as party had decided to drop him. This behaviour of a senior leader from Delhi with a staunch party leader from the State sent wrong signals to party cadres. Madhav, sources said managed the ticket of the leader from a constituency in the State who after winning elections started back stabbing the party. Not only this leader, other new comers who were given party mandate have also taken cudgels with BJP putting its leadership in great trouble and breeding indiscipline in a party which till yesteryears was boasting of being a disciplined party. |
