Early Times Report Jammu, Dec 27: SS Sodhi, Chairman, J&K Intellectual Civil Society, New Delhi held a meeting with all the members of the Civil Society and apprised them about the various schemes like 'Ayushman Bharat Pradhan Mantri Arogya Yojna' (for benefit of 31 lacs residents of J&K state)', J&K state-scholarship scheme for differently able students, 'Ayushman Bharat Insurance scheme', (cover of Rs. 5 lacs in each case), 100% electrification of villages under the 'Pradhan Mantri Sahaj Bijli Har Ghar Yojna' and many other such schemes launched by Satya Pal Malik, Governor of J&K state. He appreciated the steps taken by the Governor which will go a long way to benefit all the people of J&K state. Chairman of the Civil Society also stated that the people of the state should come forward and avail the benefits from the above said schemes. He also thanked His Excellency for the steps taken by him as these will definitely develop J&K state like other states of the country. The people should also enjoy the benefit of tax free holidays under the industrial packages, tourism, education, health, insurance, housing, employment and many more such schemes like AIIMS, medical colleges, schools, etc. Sodhi also requested His Excellency, Governor of J&K state for speedy implementation of the schemes launched by his goodself so that the people may avail the benefit as early as possible. He also stated that people of the J&K state are much excited and happy as it is like an economic revolution. |
