MNP appeals GOI Governor to resolve issues of KP community | | | Early Times Report JAMMU, Dec 27: MNP J&K held a meeting today which was attended by its office bearers, Social workers and prominent people to take stock of pertinent problems being faced by KP Community living in exile for last more than twenty eight years under the leadership of its State President Sanjay Dhar. Vishall Jotshi and Vinod Pandita highlighted the pertinent issues again like simplifying of electoral system of Kashmiri Pandit by adoption of simple and prompt system keeping in view coming parliament / State Assembly elections as due to existing tedious system more than 60% community voters are unable to cast their votes. these leaders also highlighted the issues of releasing the PM package recruitment list of SRO 412 forthwith and creation of additional ten thousand posts in State and central departments for unemployed KP youth as well carry out special recruitment drive in migrant hamlets to tackle poverty and unemployment. Sanjay Dhar while addressing the meeting appealed all Kashmiri Pandit organization to get united under a common platform so that our genuine demands are pressed for early resolution with one voice. He justified the above listed demands and appealed GOI and His Excelency the Governor J&K to give a serious thought to the genuine issues and get them resolved with a seriousness in a time bound period. Other leaders who also spoke were Ravinder Raina MNP Spokesperson J&K , Mohan Lal Bhat , Gulshan Kumar, Balbir Singh, Gurmukh Singh and Dazy Dhar,K.l.Raina and Pawan ji. |
