Poonch, Dec 27: Corruption is rampant in Poonch district, reports reveal. A number of complaints have been received against Public Work (R&B) Department and Department of Rural Development and Panchayati Raj.
Reports said, the RDD has made number of blunders by fixing percentage in the form of commission for different works under MGNREGA, SDRF, BRGF, 14th FC, TSP and CDFs of legislators.
Similar complaints have been received against the PWD (R&B) department.
Locals have demanded probe into the matter. |
