Jammu, Jan 16: The grand finale of season 2 of 'One for all, all for one' will be held on January 31 at Dome, NSCI, Worli in Mumbai. Giving information, Sunil Rane the chairman of Atharva Foundation who has envisaged and conceptualized the event said that it's a tribute to those soldiers who have never been recognized for their sacrifice. This initiative is an opportunity for all of us to come together and show the armed forces our respect and deep gratitude. Over 25000 people are expected to attend the program along with 5000 families of soldiers. The program seeks to raise awareness among the youth about the armed forces and their supreme sacrifice. It also aims to inspire young people to take pride in these brave men and follow their path to serve their country, informed Rane. He said further that, 'One for all, all for one' is an efforts to recognize and felicitate Indian Army, Indian Air Force and Indian Navy soldiers , who are always ready to sacrifice their lives for the nation so that the citizens can have peaceful nights, through this program. A great example of selfless service and brotherhood, and above all, love for the country is what the Indian Army is all about, he maintained. Meanwhile in a build-up to event, recently a Foundation team led by Rane, visited J&K to honour and felicitate martyred soldiers selfless service and supreme sacrifice by visiting their families. The volunteers of Atharva Foundation are holding programs on patriotism awareness at various colleges besides involving societies and NGOs. |
