Global Peace organises dental camp for specially abled | | | Early Times Report JAMMU, Jan 19: While carrying forward its mission to serve the humanity, the Global Peace Organization organized a free dental check up for the specially abled souls at Rotary Innerwheel's Home Channi Rama Jammu. On this occasion, RS Jamwal (KAS) District Social Welfare Officer Jammu lauded the role of the organization for rendering selfless service to the neglected souls. He appealed the Chairman of the organization to organize such camps in other neglected areas as well. In this camp Dr. Pankhuri Sethi, Dr. Khushboo Khan, Dr. Daniyal and Dr. Pawan Kumar conducted an extensive dental checkup of the inmates of Rotary Innerwheels Home for specially abled souls. They also educated the caretakers how to take care of the teeth of inmates. The members of the Global PEACE Organization also donated Rs. 8000 for the inmates of the house. On this occasion Sheikh Altaf Hussain Chairman Global PEACE Organization while presenting the inaugural address appealed the government to provide sufficient funds for the release of salary of the employees of this institute. He appreciated the role of management and the administration and for looking after the specially abled souls. Dr. Aqsa Rao, Convener Global PEACE Organization urged everyone to come forward in the service of most deserving faces humanity. Shaista Katoch and Zaheer Abbss also expressed their views and lauded the role of the management. The other persons who were present on the occasion are Sheikh Ayaz Hussain General Secretary, Imran Akram, Secretary CWC, Waseem Dar and Manzoor Ahmed Liaison Officers, Mohammad Sikander Wani. |
