Kidnapped minor girl rescued

Kathua, Jan 23: Kathua Police saved a kidnapped minor girl in the jurisdiction of Police Station Malhar.
Police spokesman said that Police station Malhar after receiving the information about kidnapping of a minor girl instantly registered an FIR 18/2019 under sections 363/109 of RPC and started the investigation. "Sub-Inspector Gurvinder Singh-SHO Malhar based on investigation and tip off deputed teams at different identified locations in search of the victim minor girl", said spokesman adding that team led by ASI Yograj Incharge PCPSadrota recovered her from Phinter Billawar.
Police handed over the minor girl to her legal heirs after completing all legal formalities.
