JAMMU, Feb 5: VC JDA today called Anil Gupta, President Bahu Plaza Occupants Association (BPOA) and discussed over recent highlighted issues. During the meeting discussion were made upon parking, sanitation and rent issues at Bahu Plaza, Jammu.
Anil Gupta proposed Rs 10 per hour parking subsequently, sanitation issue will be taken care of soon and rent @15% increase every 3 years and earlier charged excess rent will be refunded back. Earlier on 1st Feb 2019, Bahu Plaza Occupants were protesting against the JDA for their issues and protest was going on peacefully when one of the alleged hooligan Bharat Bhushan pretending to be contractor of Parking at Bahu Plaza started shouting and instigating protesters as a result occupants were forced to move to Road resulting in Jam for quite some time which was taken back to Complex very shortly after the assurance from SHO, Trikuta Nagar. |
